Frequently asked
How do I get an account? Encounter accounts are provisioned by your practice or group administrator. Contact your administrator to be set up — there is no self-service sign-up.
How do I delete my account? Use the delete-account action in the app's Settings screen, or send a request through this page and we'll complete it within 30 days.
Important: please don't include patient information in support messages. Describe the screen and the problem instead.
